Sometimes, buying the perfect ham for you can be a bit overwhelming. We understand you perfectly! Serrano, Ibérico, gran reserva, pata negra, acorn-fed, 100% Ibérico... These are terms used to talk about the different types of ham, and this can be a real headache.

Here we tell you everything you need to choose the perfect ham according to your tastes:

· Serrano Ham: It is a ham that comes from white pigs, cured for approximately 12 months and weighs approximately 7.5 - 8 kg. Its flavor is quite mild, in which you will not find much fat. We recommend this product if you are going to consume it on a daily basis: For your morning toast, or to give that extra touch to your recipes.

·Serrano Gran Reserva Ham: Also from white pigs but this time cured for more than 15 months. Its longer curing time provides a more intense flavor. We recommend it for day to day but also for those more special occasions.

·50% Iberian bait ham: Cured for 24 months and from Iberian pigs fed with fodder. More intense and lasting flavor on the palate. The star dish of any table. Perfect for your consumption
