SHIPMENTS TO THE PENINSULA, PORTUGAL AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS

Free shipping to the peninsula and Portugal from €30 and deliveries in 24-72 hours. For orders under €30 the shipping costs are €4.90.

*Free cold shipments for the peninsula and Portugal from €80 and deliveries in 24 hours. For orders less than €80 shipping costs are €8.90

Free shipping to the Balearic Islands from €60 and deliveries in 2-5 business days. For orders under €60 shipping costs are €8.

Although I wouldn't love it, at the moment, we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

At the moment we reach some corners of Europe. We can deliver to Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are from 4 to 7 working days and shipping costs will be free for orders over €120. Check shipping costs for lower orders in the following table:

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

There are very few occasions when you will find yourself with the feeling of wanting to return a box of Riscales, but if so, we want to be the first to know.

So that we can help you, contact us within the next 48 hours after receiving your order by following these steps:

Step 1 - Contact us via email info@riscalesalimentacion.com or by phone 691 13 85 76, indicating your order number and attaching photos of your incident.

Step 2 - Once this information is received, we will respond to you within 24-48 business hours to provide a solution to your problem, whether it is a replacement of the product or a collection of the merchandise.

Step 3 - In case of requesting a refund of the amount, you will receive it within a maximum period of 10 business days.
